All returns need be made within 7 days in their original packaging in a condition that is saleable in order to qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, delivery charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the courier cost of return and we do not take responsibility in the event that your returns go missing.

Shipping, Delivery & Dispatch

We deliver only within the Republic of South Africa.
We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, normally within 2 or 3 working days city to city and 4 or 5 working days for rural areas.
