You are urged to report any defects without delay, within 24 hours of delivery.
I Love Yarn takes great care to package products but cannot be held responsible for negligence or carelessness by the couriers or their respective employees.
We need to be notified within 7 days after delivery has been completed. All exchange need be made within 7 days in their original packaging in a condition that is saleable in order to qualify for a full exchange. Unfortunately, delivery charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the courier cost of return and we do not take responsibility in the event that your parcel go missing.
We deliver only within the Republic of South Africa.
We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, normally within 2 or 3 working days city to city and 4 or 5 working days for rural areas.
