In event of any unfortunate defect or uncertainty, please contact us via E-mail or telephone without delay.

You are urged to report any defects without delay, within 24 hours of delivery.

I Love Yarn takes care to package products, but cannot be held responsible for neglect or mel doing by couriers or their employees.

Products could be replaced. Delivery charges can unfortunately not be refunded.

All returns to be in their original packaging.
