In event of any unfortunate defect or uncertainty, please contact us via E-mail or telephone without delay. You are urged to report any defects without delay, within 24 hours of delivery. I Love Yarn takes care to package products, but cannot be held responsible for neglect or mel doing by couriers or their employees. All returns to be in their original packaging and in a sale-able condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Delivery charges can unfortunately not be refunded. We do not take responsibility should your returns go missing and the buyer is responsible for the courier cost.
Shipping, Delivery & Dispatch
We deliver only within the Republic of South Africa. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, normally within 2 or 3 working days city to city and 4 or 5 working days for rural areas.
